Anova offers free, trauma-informed sexual assault counselling for women, female-identified, and gender non-conforming individuals aged 15 and older. Services include individual counselling, group therapy, and accompaniment to hospitals, police interviews, and court. Counselling is survivor-centred and peer-based, with flexible delivery options such as in-person, phone, video, or text. No referral is needed for individual sessions, while group participation follows an intake and assessment process. Anova also provides crisis support, public education, and resources for those supporting survivors.
