Description

The RBC Youth Works program is a pre-employment development initiative designed to assist former youth in care and youth 16 – 29 years of age in becoming independent. This program offers career development and networking opportunities, employment counseling and workshops, in-house skills training, referrals for external certifications, and access to job listings, placements, and internships.
