3. Early Career Researcher Teaching Release
- Early Career Researchers who want to engage in leadership training and mentorship of others can apply for Teaching Release from their Universities
- Annual, Competitive application process

4. AVA Online Training Modules
- Core and optional topics
- Example core content includes: SGBA+**, EDIA***, intersectionality & Indigenous research training (e.g. OCAP)
- The curriculum will grow over time
- Courses/training modules are hosted on RISE Learning Management System
- RISE-enabled tracking of progress; ability to earn an AVA Online Training Certificate
- Available to all AVA Training Platform members
5. Strategy, Development, Management and Evaluation Training
- Training and engagement in strategic planning and management, wit internnational experts in health and social service transformation focused on girls and women affected by ACES, especially violence
- Collaboration with Insight Formation Inc.
- All AVA Training Platform members participate
6. Implementation Science Training
- All trainees can learn about Implementation Science as part of the AVA Online Training Modules core curriculum (e.g. Research Readiness; Harvard’s Frontiers of Innovation IDEAS Impact Framework™)
- Woven into all AVA programs
