The Growth Circle program is a 14-week peer support group designed for women who have experienced IPV. This program provides a safe and supportive environment where participants can share their experiences and work through the impacts of abuse. Topics covered include understanding IPV, processing trauma and shame, building personal empowerment, and creating supportive networks. Facilitated by trained peers, the program emphasizes mutual understanding and shared healing, fostering a sense of community and resilience among participants.
