Description
Project Child Recovery supports children and youth who have faced trauma, including family violence, substance abuse, grief, loss, and bullying. It provides a safe space for them to understand and celebrate their uniqueness. The program focuses on emotional intelligence, self-worth, family dynamics, and healthy relationships. Participants are encouraged to express their feelings, learn healthy coping mechanisms, find a support network, develop safety plans, and boost their self-esteem. Each session is led by a professional and aims to enhance the child or teen’s sense of belonging and trust, offering group sessions, outings, and more.
