The ILAR program is accessible to anyone who has experienced family violence, sexual violence, or has legal concerns about an Emergency Protection Order.
The ILAR program supports survivors of sexualized and family violence in exploring their legal options. It provides confidential, free legal advice, equipping survivors with essential information for their own safety and often that of their children. ILAR offers up to four hours of free legal advice for issues related to Emergency Protection Orders, family violence, or sexual assault. Additionally, it provides free legal representation in court for sexual assault survivors.
