The Client Services program enhances survivor support by improving response protocols, strengthening collaboration with partner agencies, and offering direct assistance through crisis intervention, legal advocacy, and systems navigation. Survivors are supported through every stage of the legal process, including hospital, police, and court accompaniment. The team also helps clients and their families access resources and manage the challenges of navigating complex systems, ensuring wraparound care and reducing barriers to specialized supports. These combined efforts create a more coordinated and survivor-centered network of services across the community.
