Description

The Children’s Program supports optimal development by providing children who have been affected by domestic violence with opportunities to practice and enhance coping strategies, self-esteem, self-control, problem-solving skills, emotional recognition, communication, executive functions, assertiveness, autonomy, and empathy. This program also supports children in building positive relationships with adults and the community by fostering connections with positive role models and improving family functioning.
